  • Responsible for leading tco's creative and content output, running a team of creatives and managing a global network of freelancers TO CREATE BEST IN CLASS CONTENT.
  • Oversee the CREATIVE AND production of feature length documentaries, short form video content, PHOTOGRAPHY, DESIGN AND COPY ACROSS A BROAD SPECTRUM OF CLIENTS AND PROJECTS.
  • SET UP THE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT AT TCO PUSHING THE AGENCY INTO LONG FORM PROJECTS AND OPENING UP A NEW BUSINESS PILLAR.

  • LEADING THE CREATIVE STRATEGY TEAM THAT HELPED WIN SOME OF THE BIGGEST ACCOUNTS AND PROJECTS IN THE AGENCY'S HISTORY
  • LED THE PITCH THAT SECURED TCO'S FIRST EVER LINEAR COMMISSION WITH ITV1, WEAR THE ROSE, AND THEN WORKED AS EXEC PRODUCER ACROSS THE SERIES.
  • HELPED LEAD THE PITCH THAT WON THE GLOBAL GORE-TEX CREATIVE ACCOUNT, THE FIRST RETAINED CLIENT IN THE AGNECY'S HISTORY.

  • PART OF THE LEADERSHIP TEAM THAT RAN THE CREATIVE COMMERCIAL STRATEGY.

  • WITHIN FIRST 6 MONTHS SUCCESSFULLY set up TCO as a preferred creative and production partner for Channel 4’s new youth content arm 4Studio. WITHIN FIRST YEAR SECURED THREE COMMISSIONS.

  • Creative and COMMERCIAL LEAD across £10m patch of PARTNERSHIP business WORKING with global brands such as P&G, Diageo, O2 and PayPal.
  • Planned, developed and sold CO-branded content across Channel 4’s linear and digital platforms.
  • WorkED with a roster of production partners AND INDIES to co-create campaigns that leveraged the Channel 4 IP with brands, targeting consumers in a more strategic and effective way.
